Project overview
Complete Crewing relied on an aging, hard-to-maintain CRM to run mission-critical staffing operations for large-scale events. Working through Toptal, Cubixl led the modernization of this platform, aligning it with current business processes while improving reliability and usability for internal teams.

Scalable CRM architecture
We redesigned the CRM around a modular, scalable architecture with clearer domain boundaries, improved data modeling, and streamlined workflows. This enabled faster onboarding of new features, better performance under load, and a foundation for future integrations with third-party tools.

Impact & recognition
The new CRM significantly reduced operational friction for Complete Crewing's coordinators and leadership team. The engagement was recognized by Toptal and published as an official case study highlighting how modern engineering practices can unlock scalability for event staffing operations.
